- I can't imagine how terrified 7-yr old Jori Lirette was as his own father held down his disabled body at the kitchen sink for slaughter & dismemberment possibly w/items found in a toolbox. Apparently a driver saw the boy's head near the street on Sunday afternoon.

- Who is Taylor Hicks? LOL! You're right. Actually, because James is so talented, unique and creative he would be better off coming in 2nd. The winners are tied to strict rules and are completely controlled by their contract.

- The judges need to give authentic, technical, professional feedback after each live performance for the viewers to hear. Instead, they are apparently only sharing this with the contestants during rehersals.
'Idol' spent a bit of time on the sob stories Wednesday. Do you think any of those contestants will survive the Hollywood round? If so, who?

- American Idol is a SINGING competition. Sob stories and appearance should not automatically (and solely) qualify a contestant to advance.

- I found Bruno's critique of Michael Bolton to be more offensive and quite discouraging. It all depends on where the recipient of the behavior draws the line. If the behavior was acceptable to Brandy then it's fine w/me.
